• 500g large fresh prawns (raw)
  • 1 tbsp of smoked garlic chilli oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • ½ lemon, juice of
  • fresh ground black pepper
  • salt


1. On a medium heat, drizzle oil into a non-stick frying pan.

2. Add the prawns and garlic.

3. Once all the prawns change colour, add lemon juice and the parsley.

4. Season to taste and serve hot.
