INGREDIENTS

  • 100g Mature Cheddar Cheese grated
  • 4 TBS Chillichup
  • 2 slices Bread

THE METHOD

Toast Bread.

Add Chillichup to the grated cheese and mix together.

Spread evenly over the toast.

Place under the grill until the cheese has melted and is bubbling.

Serve with salad or eat by its self its great either way. Have some extra Chillichup on hand to pour on top as required
