for the wings
8-12 Chicken Wings cut in half into tips and drumsticks
1 Table spoon of baking powder
1 Teaspoon of chillichup rub
1 Teaspoon of black pepper
1 Teaspoon of garlic granules
1 Teaspoon of sea salt
For the sauce
1/2 bottle of chillichup or your favourite chup
2 table spoons of cider vinager
Separate the wings in half on the joint and put them into a large bowl.
in a separate bowl mix all of the dried ingredients together
cover the wings with the dried ingredients and massage into the wings until they are completely covered
lay the wings out on a cooling rack ontop of an oven tray and alow to marinade for 30 min.
pre heat your oven to 200 degrees
cook the wings for 40 min or until chrisp turning regularly to ensure even cooking
10 min before the wings are ready on a low heat warm the chup and vinager together do not boil
when the wings are chrisp and fully cooked add them to a large bowl and pour the sauce ontop mixing well to ensure they are well covered.
