INGREDIENTS

  • Potatoes / Sweet Potatoes
  • A sprinkle of Chillichup or Shut up Chup Rub

THE METHOD

1. Wash the potatoes and dry them off

2. Slice the potatoes into wedges

3 Add the wedges to a large bowl

4. Sprinkle on the rub and toss the potatoes with your hands until they are well covered with the rub

5. Place on a lightly oiled non stick oven dish

5. Oven baked until crispy and cooked all the way through. You may need to turn the wedges over once or twice during cooking.

Serve immediately
